We want you to love every purchase. Below you'll find the shipping and return policies for each brand we carry, so you know exactly what to expect.

IMAGE Skincare

Shipping

  • Orders ship within 1 business day (up to 3 during peak demand). Monday–Friday operations; Friday orders ship the following Monday.
  • Fulfillment centers in Lantana, FL and Dallas, TX. Most deliveries arrive in 3–5 business days.
  • Orders may be split or shipped from an alternate center. Place orders 7–10 business days ahead of when you need them.
  • Overnight / expedited shipping is available via FedEx with a premium cost. Orders must be placed by 12 PM EST Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch.
Note: Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be charged a second shipping fee for reshipment.

Returns

  • Unopened, unused retail-size products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • An RMA number is required from Customer Care at 1-855-791-5800 (M–F, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST).
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Returns over 30 days: eligible if expiration is 1+ year from RMA request, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt. You will receive email confirmation once your return is complete.

Important: We only accept returns for products purchased directly through IMAGE Skincare. Items bought from unauthorized sellers (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns

  • Products must be in original packaging with at least 50% of the product remaining in the bottle.
  • If you purchased redo at checkout, your return label is covered. Otherwise, you can purchase a return label through Eufora's return portal.

Return Process

To start a return, visit Eufora's return portal. Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Credit posting times vary by card issuer.

Important: Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly through www.eufora.net. We cannot honor returns, refunds, or exchanges for items bought from unauthorized sellers such as Amazon.com, Walmart.com, or Sleekhair.com.
